Causing Trouble in Guildwars
Something about Guild Wars just brings out the evil in me.
Either way, while listening to some random person (Ashes of Nature) in PvP (Kurzick vs Luxon)rage about the “imbalance” of PvP, I (Drea Velaso) chimed in to fan the fire.
It was fun until I realized he was one of dem delusional types who makes shit up in his head and is convinced he’s right.
Anyway, it was pretty freaking stupid but funny.

So I decided to be crafty and make like SuPaR OfFiCiAl profiles for my gals. I love how they get suckier by the pic. Seriously, only my ranger is moderately impressive .

Jera spending a quiet afternoon in Random Arena waiting space. She likes starfish. No really. She does.
As fate would have it, I ran into some nutjobs while waiting to get into AB one day. By the end of the night i wound up grouping up with them, and madness ensued until like 9am the next day. I chose a good night to drink coffee and induce insomnia. We’re life long e-friends now.
Anyway, hot elemental action 9.99/3 hour acess. Paypal approved.
I’m starting to think ancient armor may be a little too fierce for my ranger. Like Ru-Paul fierce.
You know. Pigtail buns and pink flowers vs spikes and skeletal abominations.
I have nothing to to say about this.

I rarely talk about my ranger << which is sad since she was my first char PVE char @_@. Drea! For a while her and my monk were both at the same level, but eventually i just wound up getting through most of the game with the monk since there's no shortage of need. Fail. Anyway, Here she is with her Luxon armor! And end-game weapon. After I splurged on my monk, I felt bad so …

Zomg. Beat factions!
I lied about screens last post. But, I did take video of some alliance battles I did, which I’ll splice together at some point. It was pretty boring shit..
I died a lot.
However, I come to celebrate something awesome: after beating the game, I knew I had to splurge SOMEHOW
Yes. THat’s right, folks. 15k armor, bitches. Only buyable when you beat the game and though must have all supplies ready. 60k for 4 pieces (i don’t bother with the head tattoos. Why spend 15k when you don’t have to), around 13k for supplies, and 1200 for the custom dye job. which I did myself and screwed up a few times, but at least someone bought my *wrong* color from me. Oo, pretty dyes.
I should make a living off of making custom dyes. I know some people do. Sell sets of like. Teal. Pink. Fusia.
Too bad black dye is so expensive, you can get some sexy colors off of that <<

Today i had the best fight ever in Random Areanas with my PVP ranger.
I had gone through about six or seven games where my group lost miserably. This put a huge damper on my good mood (I also beat the game on my monk today, so I was feeling pretty invincible.) To make sure it wasn’t me, one particular game I played ended in a measly minute and a half. My entire team died, and 2 of 3 left. So I did what I do best with a R/A build.
I ran.
I ran and ran in circles around the other team.
For 13 minutes straight. Their mesmer left, their tank was stuck, and all that was left were two monks who were determined to put me down.
Boredom and taunting from their side lead me to finally take one of them on. “Cmon, 1vs1.” Me vs a monk. I hated the idea cause really, all I had was traps, pin down, and running skills plust my self-heal. If i had poison, he would’ve been done for. BUt alas, no good.
Started out fine. He ran into my trap, i pinned him down, and kept power shotting him. THen the other monk joined. For a split second, I got worried that I might actually lose, but their damage was doing absolutely nothing to me. I never got below 60% health. And if I had poison, I might’ve gotten at least one of them down.
This goes on for five minutes. THey taunt me, as per usual. “C’mon, you can’t take down two little casters!”
I love how they suddenly called themselves casters. Besides the fact that their little wands were doing like 7 dmg per hit, they kept healing each other and themselves. This would go on for another 13 minutes but I was pretty much done. It was clear they weren’t backing down, and I was bored. They had finally told me that I was good, so I ran over to the tank who had been glitched in one spot the whole time and let him have his way with me.
That was the end of that.
On the subject of sillyness!
First entry, so I’m going to babble a lot. XD
I’m going to openly reap full advantage of the “Amber Rush” that’s going on right now. Jade is less valuable…
Good thing I’m Kurzick, though I’m not sure how/when that happened.
Anyways, I transfered 80k to my factions account from prophecies (yes, i’m one of the morons who didn’t combine them) and was down to 30k recently when I realized I really needed to start saving up again. After i got my 70 armor, it went up and down from then. Not sure where the gold is going ;;;
I sold a black dye for 8k and a zealous tang for 5k (which apparently was a super rip-off, but that’s what I get for not doing my research before auctioning >>). Then right back down. I think I spent a lot on getting run all over the forrest…
Hmms.
Well a few days of faction farming in AB provied 20 amber which I sold for 18.9k today. <33 Yay. Up to 60k now, and I hope to reach 150 by next week.
I also didn’t make the mistake of having faction in luxon for fear of losing hard earned points again. That was dumb. Basically I got overzealous when I had aroud 7k of Luxon faction (which is hard to get, mind you, since I’m not on that side) and spent it all on jade only to find that getting jade trained my kurick too! I was so pissed off.
I swear, i’m not a newb >>
Anyway, off to FF some more until 5, when I have to go and cook dinner for my father.
